ABOUT VILLA GAIOLE 1,  3 BDR, GAIOLE IN CHIANTI, SIENA, TUSCANY

This beautifully, spacious 3-bedroom semi-detached villa, sits over 3 floors. It has been thoughtfully furnished in a traditional style to offer guests an authentic stay. It is tiled throughout using terracotta tiles, which add warmth and character. The ground floor consists of an elegant and generous size living room, complete with a double sofa bed, double french doors that open out to the private patio area and front garden with a beautiful vista of the village. The Tuscan style fully fitted kitchen can be enjoyed when preparing a fine Italian meal, double French doors open onto the main patio where you can savor a bottle of Chianti after a hot day in the sun. Completing the ground floor is a bathroom with shower.
A staircase made from Local Serrano stone leads to the first floor which consists of two twin bedrooms. Each of these has direct access to the bathroom, with a bath and shower. Both rooms take advantage of charming views over the village. One has a balcony, where you can enjoy a coffee in the morning and take in the views, it also allows direct access to the back garden and shared pool.
The top floor hosts the master bedroom with en suite, double French doors open onto a large, covered, private terrace with beautiful views over Gaiole in Chianti and the surrounding countryside, complete with wicker garden furniture to enjoy a quiet breakfast, or just sit and indulge in the quiet atmosphere of the village.
Outside, a large patio surrounds the house with dining furniture, umbrella, and a BBQ, perfect for al fresco dining during those balmy evenings. At the back, you will find a private garden with pool furniture, and direct access to the shared pool. The villa itself sits within a few hundred meters to the village of Gaiole in Chianti, making it a perfect setting for families to enjoy the Italian lifestyle, with restaurants and bars boasting mouth-watering food and wine.  Enjoy shopping in the local shops for fresh produce, and avail of other services such as the bank, chemist, and Post office

ABOUT THE RESORT

Borgo di Gaiole is a popular hamlet just a short walk from the centre of the renown Gaiole in Chianti, in the heart of the Chianti region, and only 20 minutes away from the wonderful Siena. The resort offers a beautiful swimming pool with panoramic views over Gaiole and the surrounding country side, laundry facilities, a gym, underground private parking, lifts from garage to the Borgo. The key feature of Borgo di Gaiole is that from its panoramic position overlooking the village of Gaiole, it is only two minutes walk to the village itself allowing you to fully enjoy its characteristic Tuscan lifestyle right at your doorstep. It is an enviable asset in so far that you do not need to use your car, as a matter of fact you could easily enjoy your holiday in Gaiole in Chianti and have a great time. The main square will offer you a choice between cafes for a breakfast of pastry and cappuccino, and various restaurants t enjoy the traditional cusine. Since Gaiole hosts a residential community, you can find all amenities necessary for your stay, restaurants, pizzeria, grocery stores, butcher, chemist, banks, post office, and much more. In the summer months Gaiole comes alive with local festival in the evening and into the night, with music, games, wine tasting, and every year there are some new ones.
Ideal location for couples and families, perfect place to unwind and come back to after a cycle, a walk, or discovering the artistic and historic cities of Tuscany.
One of the main attraction of recent year is the “Eroica” bike race taking place the first week in October, which by now hosts hundreds of cyclist from all over the world for this fun ride on the white roads of the Chianti.

PRICE LIST

EROICA SEASON FROM 21/09/24 TO 13/10/24: BASE PRICE €1.750,00 PER WEEK, 4 PEOPLE SHARING, €10,00 PER DAY PER EXTRA GUEST UP TO 6 GUESTS.

Prices include: weekly change of bed linen and bathroom towels, water, electricity, sun beds and sun shades by the pool, access to swimming pool (in season), gym, laundry room, reserved underground parking, wi-fi.

Other charges:

• Heating & A/C: €60.00 p/w
• Final cleaning: €80.00 per stay
• Tourist Tax: €1.50 per day per person over 14 years old, for a maximum of 7 days
• Deposit against damages: €300.00

Changeover day: rent is weekly from Saturday to Saturday in High, \Peak and Eroica seasons. Any day check-in any other season.
Check-in: From 4:00 pm. to 6:00 pm. Check-out is by 10:00 am.
