This elegant and modern 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground floor apartment is furnished to high standards and is very well kept. It is provided with independent central heating and air conditioning. At the entrance, there is a large paved patio area for dining outdoors with a table, chairs, and sun shade.
The living room contains 2 comfortable sofas, shelf unit hosting a satellite TV. A table and chairs seats 4 people, with views overlooking the private garden and with an exit to the terrace. A few steps lead to a raise area complete with writing desk and stool. The kitchen is off the living room, up 2 steps, it includes: 4 electrical plates, a microwave oven, coffee machine, water boiler, refrigerator, and dishwasher, a perfect space to prepare an authentic Italian meal.
The 2 spacious double bedrooms have comfortable double beds, bedside lockers, and matching writing desks. Double French doors open to reveal views of the garden and surrounding countryside, whilst allowing plenty of natural light. One of the bedrooms has an en suite bathroom with shower and WC. Everyone can access the second bathroom which comprises of a bath and WC.

ABOUT THE RESORT

This charming farmhouse complex is the result of a recent and elegant restoration of a typical Tuscan country house, near the town of Casole d’Elsa, in the province of Siena. The Etruscan hills surrounding the property are but a short distance from the most celebrated Renaissance cities and towns of Florence, Siena and Volterra.
It was originally built in the 19th century, and it represents a model of Tuscan architecture. The entire property comprises of 6 apartments in the main building, a separate barn with private gardens (Il Fienile), a restaurant, and a fantastic infinity swimming pool, all of this surrounded by 55 hectares which includes vineyards of Sangiovese, Cabernet and Merlot grapes and an olive groves.
At the property you can enjoy the typical Tuscan cuisine at the restaurant run by the owner, while admiring the beautiful landscape.
Mountain bike rentals and guided bike tours are available, together with a number of golf clubs within easy reach: the old established and prestigious Ugolino golf club of Florence, or that of the “dell’Abbadia club nearby in the Colle Val d’Elsa, and the new golf club “La Bagnaia”, where we can arrange tee-times and transport as required.

Prices include: weekly change of bed linen and bathroom towels, consumption of water, electricity and A/C usage, outdoor dining set, sun beds and sun shades, access to swimming pool, Wi-Fi, private parking.

• Tourist tax: €1,00 per day over 14 yrs old
• Deposit against damages: €250.00

Changeover day: rent is weekly from Saturday to Saturday in Peak season. Any day check-in in high, mid and low season..
Check-in: From 4:00 pm. to 6:00 pm. Check-out is by 10:00 am.
