This cosy, 1 bedroom modern apartment is furnished to high standards and is well maintained. Traditional terracotta tiling is laid in a criss-crossed fashion throughout. It is a ground floor apartment with separate access to the property. The living room consists of 2 comfortable armchairs, a bookcase complete with Satellite TV and the entrance/exit leads out to a private terrace area where there is a large paved patio complete with table and chairs, perfect for ‘al fresco’ dining. The kitchen sits just off the living room, containing hob, microwave, and fridge. The double bedroom is tastefully furnished, a window opens to reveal views of the surrounding area. The bathroom is complete with shower and WC.
It is a short walk to the swimming pool, which enjoys one of the most beautiful panoramic views over the Tuscan country side.

ABOUT THE RESORT

This charming farmhouse complex is the result of a recent and elegant restoration of a typical Tuscan country house, near the town of Casole d’Elsa, in the province of Siena. The Etruscan hills surrounding the property are but a short distance from the most celebrated Renaissance cities and towns of Florence, Siena and Volterra.
It was originally built in the 19th century, and it represents a model of Tuscan architecture. The entire property comprises of 6 apartments in the main building, a separate barn with private gardens (Il Fienile), a restaurant, and a fantastic infinity swimming pool, all of this surrounded by 55 hectares which includes vineyards of Sangiovese, Cabernet and Merlot grapes and an olive groves.
At the property you can enjoy the typical Tuscan cuisine at the restaurant run by the owner, while admiring the beautiful landscape.
Mountain bike rentals and guided bike tours are available, together with a number of golf clubs within easy reach: the old established and prestigious Ugolino golf club of Florence, or that of the “dell’Abbadia club nearby in the Colle Val d’Elsa, and the new golf club “La Bagnaia”, where we can arrange tee-times and transport as required.

WEEKLY PRICE LIST

Prices include: weekly change of bed linen and bathroom towels, consumption of water, electricity and A/C usage, outdoor dining set, sun beds and sun shades, access to swimming pool, tourist tax, private parking.

• Heating: €3.00 per cubic meter
• Final cleaning: €50.00 per stay
• WI-FI: €15.00 per week
• Deposit against damages: €250.00

Changeover day: rent is weekly from Saturday to Saturday in Peak season. Any day check-in in high, mid and low season..
Check-in: From 4:00 pm. to 6:00 pm. Check-out is by 10:00 am.
