This charming and carefully restored Villa is privately set on the property grounds. It is spacious and elegantly furnished, whilst also retaining original features like exposed stonework and chestnut beam ceilings. It develops over 2 floors, comprising of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. At the entrance, there is a large paved patio area ideal for dining outdoors, including a large table and chairs that seat up to 8 people and parasol to shade against the sun whilst enjoying an ‘al fresco’ meal. Sun loungers can be used in the sun or the shaded area and a large, lush garden surrounds the entire property.
The ground floor contains a double height living room, comprising a large sofa, and armchairs. A satellite TV and an open fireplace will add an extra glow in the evenings, if needed. The fully fitted kitchen is a generous size, including an ample amount of storage and plenty of counter space, perfect for preparing all your holiday meals.
The smallest of the 3 bedrooms contains bunk-beds, ideally for children or teenagers. A modern style bathroom, complete with a generous sized walk-in shower and WC complete this floor. A staircase just off the living room leads to a landing that overlooks the living area which includes 2 double bedrooms, on either side. They are both very tastefully decorated with plush double beds and chest of drawers, large double French windows offer glorious views of the surrounding Etruscan hills, whilst also availing of generous natural light within the room.

ABOUT THE RESORT

This charming farmhouse complex is the result of a recent and elegant restoration of a typical Tuscan country house, near the town of Casole d’Elsa, in the province of Siena. The etruscan hills surrounding the property are but a short distance from the most celebrated renaissance cities and towns of Florence, Siena and Volterra.
This restored barn is privately set on the property grounds, with its own private garden all around, and availing of a fantastic panoramic shared swimming pool, furnished with outdoor sofas, table and chairs, sun shades for ‘al fresco’ dining.
The villa, although with its private garden surrounding the entire property, is on the grounds of a farmhouse complex with six other apartments, with which the villa shares the swimming pool and the communal laundry facilities.
There is a spacious car park, partially covered, and the entire property is enclosed within walls and using a security gate for the peace of mind of the guests.

Changeover day: rent is weekly from Saturday to Saturday in Peak season. Any day check-in in high, mid and low season..
