This stylish and spacious ground floor apartment is located on the ground floor within a quiet and relaxing resort. It is tastefully furnished using traditional decoration, such as the typical terracotta tiled flooring and chestnut beam ceilings. The ground floor presents a large living room with a comfortable double sofa bed, flat screen satellite TV, dining table, and chairs for 6 people. The kitchen is fully fitted with ceramic cooker, oven, dishwasher, and fridge/freezer. Also included are: cutlery, crockery, cooking pots and pans, perfect to help you create a traditional Italian meal to enjoy with family of friends. Double French doors allow maximum natural light to fill the room, and open out onto the private veranda and garden, complete with wrought iron chairs and table perfect for ‘al fresco’ dining or simply to relax reading a book away from the hot sunshine. just a few short steps will bring you to the swimming pool where you can easily take a dip to cool off. 2 sun loungers complete the outdoor furniture.
At the back of the apartment there is an elegantly decorated master bedroom with a double bed and substantial storage space. Double French doors open out to the private garden with views of the surrounding area. A main bathroom, accessible by everyone consists of a shower with a washing machine/drier.
From the living room, a wrought iron spiral staircase leads to the basement area, where you will find a very large living room/bedroom, with 2 single beds, and a comfortable queen size double sofa bed, ideal for 2 children or 1 adult. Ample storage completes the room. Another bathroom is set off the main area containing a shower. This rooms avails of natural light from the windows that open on an internal corridor. The basement also has independent entrance.
Included in the price are bed linen, bathroom towels, consumption of water, electricity, air conditioning, heating, use of all communal areas, outdoor dining set, sun beds and sun shades, security service, tourist tax.

PRICE LIST

Prices include: weekly change of bed linen and bathroom towels, water, electricity, air conditioning, heating, outdoor dining set, sun beds and sun shades, access to all swimming pools (from June to September), children playground, tennis courts (upon reservation),security service, local Tourist Tax.

Please note: Basement is included only in 6 people sharing price, If 4/5 people wish to use the apartment including the basement, the applicable minimum price will be the same at 6 people sharing.

Other charges:
• Final cleaning €95,00 per stay
• WI-FI €25,00 per week – unlimited – multiple devices
• Private garage box: € 50,00 per week. N. 1 box per apartment. Free parking spaces available in reserved areas outside the resort.

Changeover day: rent is weekly from Saturday to Saturday. Any day check-in in low season.
Check-in: From 4:00 pm. to 6:00 pm. Check-out is by 10:00 am.
