Independent access via a staircase leads into the apartment and comprises entrance hall, large living/dining room with stunning panoramic views of the surrounding countryside, 2 comfortable sofas, (1 which turns into a double sofa bed), a cosy armchair. A dining table and seating up to 6 people and a beautiful wood burning stove complete this room. A separate fully fitted kitchen is stylishly furnished, an ideal space to prepare all your holiday meals.
The master bedroom is spacious and bright, offering beautiful views over the Tuscan countryside, a large wardrobe offers plenty of storage space for all your holiday items. The twin room contains 2 single beds, lofty ceilings add a great feeling of space to this room, alongside more breathtaking views. The bathroom is very tastefully decorated, with walk-in shower, toilet, and bidet.
The charming courtyard of the farmhouse leads to a lovely loggia with large arched openings that this apartment shares with just one other, where you can sit and enjoy the stunning views. Finishes are in a traditional style, such as wooden ceiling beams with brick detailing, terracotta floors and wooden window frames.

ABOUT THE COMPLEX

This traditional style farmhouse complex consists of 13 independent apartments that share a beautiful garden of approx. 180 sqm a large pool, both overlooking San Gimignano and the surrounding landscape as well as parking spaces. About half of the apartments are occupied all year round making the place safe and pleasant during every season. The property sits in a tranquil and peaceful spot, close to main services and amenities.
Main distances: San Gimignano 2.5 km, Poggibonsi 10 km, Florence 45 km, Siena 35 km, Pisa airport 75 km.

PRICE LIST

Prices include: weekly change of bed linen and bathroom towels, water, electricity, air conditioning, heating, outdoor dining set, sun beds and sun shades, access to swimming pool (in season).

Other charges:
• Final cleaning €90,00 per stay.
• Tourist Tax; €1,50 per person over `4 years old for maximum 7 nights.
• WI-FI €25,00 per week
• Private parking.

Changeover day: rent is weekly from Saturday to Saturday. Any day check-in other than Peak season.
Check-in: From 4:00 pm. to 6:00 pm. Check-out is by 10:00 am.
