This spacious and tastefully decorated apartment comprises of 2 bedrooms and is located on the ground floor with an independent entrance. It is provided with independent central heating and air conditioning. The living room includes a comfortable sofa and 2 armchairs, sideboard hosting a satellite TV and an I-Pod. The kitchen sits just off the living room supplied with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, coffee machine and a kettle. There is a wooden table and chairs that seats 4 people. Double French doors add plenty of natural light into the kitchen, also opening to the private garden where there is a table and chairs, perfect for ‘al fresco’ dining.

The master double bedroom is thoughtfully decorated with a large double bed, 2 bedside lockers and writing desk. Double French doors open to reveal beautiful panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. The second double bedroom consists of a large comfortable bed, writing desk and a large window offering beautiful views of the garden.

ABOUT THE RESORT

This charming farmhouse complex is the result of a recent and elegant restoration of a typical Tuscan country house, near the town of Casole d’Elsa, in the province of Siena. The Etruscan hills surrounding the property are but a short distance from the most celebrated Renaissance cities and towns of Florence, Siena and Volterra.
It was originally built in the 19th century, and it represents a model of Tuscan architecture. The entire property comprises of 6 apartments in the main building, a separate barn with private gardens (Il Fienile), a restaurant, and a fantastic infinity swimming pool, all of this surrounded by 55 hectares which includes vineyards of Sangiovese, Cabernet and Merlot grapes and an olive groves.
At the property you can enjoy the typical Tuscan cuisine at the restaurant run by the owner, while admiring the beautiful landscape.
Mountain bike rentals and guided bike tours are available, together with a number of golf clubs within easy reach: the old established and prestigious Ugolino golf club of Florence, or that of the “dell’Abbadia club nearby in the Colle Val d’Elsa, and the new golf club “La Bagnaia”, where we can arrange tee-times and transport as required.

Prices include: weekly change of bed linen and bathroom towels, consumption of water, electricity and A/C usage, outdoor dining set, sun beds and sun shades, access to swimming pool, tourist tax, private parking.

• Final cleaning: €80.00 per stay
• WI-FI: €15.00 per week
• Deposit against damages: €250.00

Changeover day: rent is weekly from Saturday to Saturday in Peak season. Any day check-in in high, mid and low season..
