This cosy and comfortable 2-bedroom apartment is ideally located in the hamlet and develops on one level on the first floor, with independent access via an external staircase, with views overlooking the village and countryside. It avails of a private terraced garden outside the main entrance, and a second private south facing garden/terrace with outdoor dining furniture. It comprises of a large open plan living room with sofa bed and Satellite TV, kitchen with dishwasher, dining table and chairs, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower. The apartment has central heating and A/C, internet access, flat screen satellite TV, fully fitted kitchen. The guests can also enjoy the panoramic pool, the gym, the laundry facilities, and the underground reserved parking space, all included in the price.
One of the best features of this holiday home is its vicinity to the village of Gaiole, in just a short walk you will be immersed into the typical Tuscan lifestyle, with its welcoming residents, the bars and restaurants, local shops for your groceries, and a supermarket. Chemist, bank, post office, and tourist office complete the range of amenities.
It is an ideal location to fully enjoy the peace and tranquility that the Tuscan countryside has to offer, and to reach the cities of Siena and Florence, among many others, when you want to immerse yourself in the history and art of these fascinating locations.

ABOUT THE RESORT

Borgo di Gaiole is a popular hamlet just a short walk from the centre of the renown Gaiole in Chianti, in the heart of the Chianti region, and only 20 minutes away from the wonderful Siena. The resort offers a beautiful swimming pool with panoramic views over Gaiole and the surrounding country side, laundry facilities, a gym, underground private parking, lifts from garage to the Borgo. The key feature of Borgo di Gaiole is that from its panoramic position overlooking the village of Gaiole, it is only two minutes walk to the village itself allowing you to fully enjoy its characteristic Tuscan lifestyle right at your doorstep. It is an enviable asset in so far that you do not need to use your car, as a matter of fact you could easily enjoy your holiday in Gaiole in Chianti and have a great time. The main square will offer you a choice between cafes for a breakfast of pastry and cappuccino, and various restaurants t enjoy the traditional cusine. Since Gaiole hosts a residential community, you can find all amenities necessary for your stay, restaurants, pizzeria, grocery stores, butcher, chemist, banks, post office, and much more. In the summer months Gaiole comes alive with local festival in the evening and into the night, with music, games, wine tasting, and every year there are some new ones.
Ideal location for couples and families, perfect place to unwind and come back to after a cycle, a walk, or discovering the artistic and historic cities of Tuscany.
One of the main attraction of recent year is the “Eroica” bike race taking place the first week in October, which by now hosts hundreds of cyclist from all over the world for this fun ride on the white roads of the Chianti.

PRICE LIST

Prices include: weekly change of bed linen and bathroom towels, water, electricity, air conditioning, heating, sun beds and sun shades by the pool, access to swimming pool (in season), gym, laundry room, reserved underground parking, welcome pack.

Other charges:
• Final cleaning €60,00 per stay
• Tourist Tax: €1.50 per day per person over 14 years old, for a maximum of 7 days
• Deposit against damages: €150,00

Changeover day: any day check in.
Minimum stay: 7 nights in Peak and High season, 3 nights in Mid and Low season
Check-in: From 4:00 pm. to 6:00 pm. Check-out is by 10:00 am.
